背景
FGF家族成员具有广泛的有丝分裂和细胞存活活性,参与多种生物学过程,包括胚胎发育、细胞生长、形态发生、组织修复、肿瘤生长和侵袭。FGF9作为一种分泌因子被分离出来,在培养的胶质细胞中表现出刺激生长的作用。在神经系统中,FGF9主要由神经元产生,可能对神经胶质细胞的发育起重要作用。
